The Horizon Award is a special honor from the Joint Leadership of the United States Congress and the Congressional Award Board of Directors. The Horizon Award is given to people in the private sector who have worked to increase opportunities for all Americans. It also recognizes individuals who have set outstanding models for youngsters through their accomplishments in life. Tom was a fantastic player, and was grateful to be in such a talented and experienced groupof players, practicing and working hard when his Magnum schedule was able to allow it. ....
