Bellamy Young
Young first began her acting career as a theatre actor. In 1997 she made her Broadway debut as Mary in the original cast of The Life. Also, she played off-Broadway on Stephen Sondheim's Musical Merrily We're Rolling Along (1994), and Randy Newman's Faust (1995-1996). She first appeared on television in the year 1995. She had her role as"Dr. Courtney Evans, NBC's daytime soap opera Another World. She appeared in Law & Order as a guest star in two roles in 1997, and again in 1998. The film debut came in 1999. She had the role of a minor character in Black and White. In the following years she appeared in numerous independent films. The actress began guest-starring on TV comedies and dramas from the beginning of 2000. They include The Drew Carey Show and The X Files. Young has appeared on over thirty television series between the years 2000 to 2011. in 2003 Young got a role as part of Peacemakers, a USA Network show Peacemakers. The show was cancelled after just one season, which was nine episodes. The actress played the role of the role of Deputy Dist. in The Lifetime show For the People. Atty. Agnes Hunt on NBC drama American Dreams in 2003 as Diane Shaw, Dr. Grace Miller on NBC Scrubs in 2004 as Monica West, Assistant State Attorney Monica West in CBS CSI: Miami in 2005 through 2006 as well as Ellen Darling on ABC soap Dirty Sexy Money in 2008-2009 as the youngest son-in law in the Darling Family. In addition, she had a frequent appearance on Criminal Minds as Beth Clemmons between 2011 and 2013.
