Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
The initial inspiration came from the shadows that were cast onto grass. After a few weeks, she developed a method that did not create the object she chose on the canvas as an image that was flat. Rather the subject is transformed into a representation of the subject and the canvas becomes the carrier of it's individual interpretation of the subject, particularly in the case of living or perishable items for example, like humans or fruits. Alexa's style of painting is one of ephemeral, and only photos of her work remain. Photographs and painting are together to produce a flat two-dimensional surface that is trompe l'oeil. At certain locations, three dimensions are seen, for example, near the eye or the hair. Meade can sometimes incorporate her painted model into the three-dimensional surroundings around it, which allows for the model to be a part of the world of their own. It eliminates any distinction between photography, painting, and installation.
